The warranty period for manufacturing defects is 24 months for all products.
Send the goods by registered mail and insured, as we are not responsible for their possible loss on the way to us. Do not send the goods on delivery.
You can use our Complaints module to handle a Complaint, return goods or withdraw from a purchase contract.
